Placing Orders
There are several methods in which you may place an order with us:
1. Website Orders - Just click "Add to Cart" on any item description page on this website and follow directions to navigate through the Secure Ordering Process
**Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us stating the details of your order.
**You will then receive a second email with your order shipment and tracking information. This will also confirm the availability status of the order.
**You will not be billed until your order has shipped
**You will not be billed for items on your order that are currently out of stock
2. Phone Orders - Place phone orders during business hours by calling us toll-free at 800-495-4271
**Please do not leave orders on answering machine

Standard shipping flat rates are as follows :
Orders less than $50 = $6.95
3 Day = $9.95
2 Day = $14.95
Overnight = $ 29.95

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with products purchased from the Green Mountain Troutfitters, return unused items in new and resellable condition and in their original packaging within 30 Days of delivery to :

A Full Refund will be issued ONLY for regular priced items accompanied by their original shipping invoice. A Full Refund will exclude any shipping charges. Customers are solely responsible for shipping charges related to returned or exchanged goods.
All fly sales are final.
Backorders
You will not be billed for any product currently out of stock or unavailable. Backorders are filled on a first come, first serve basis. Backordered products will incur no shipping charges and will be shipped as soon as availability permits
