Hook: TMC 811S sz. 2-3/0
Thread: Yellow Size A
Flash: Pearl Flashabou/Krystal Flash
Tail: Yellow Zonker Strip
Body: Red Zonker Strip
Eyes: 3.0 Red Prismatic
Head: Yellow Thread w/ Knot sense or epoxy

Step 1.

Tie on and wrap to the hook bend. Tie in flash followed by the tail.

Step 2.

Pull back the flash and tie in so it extends back over the tail. Next tie in the Red zonker strip at the base of the tail.

Step 3.

Adavance thread forward to the head area. Now wrap the zonker stip forward towards the hook eye. Pull back on fibers as you wrap forward. Tie off approx. 1/4 in. from the hook eye.

Step 4.

Build a thread head and whip finish.

Step 5.

Fold the tape eyes in the middle of the eye and peel off the paper. Place the eyes on each side of the head. Apply Knot sense and smooth it out over the head to make an even coat. Apply uv light to cure the Knot sense. Place the fly in the sun for a full cure. You can also use epoxy.
