Scott X2s Fly Rods

Fly fishing in saltwater is a game of limitless challenges.Wind, long casts, and powerful fish come
to mind. But here's another side of the story – Think of those slick calm days, or times when visibility is low and fish reveal themselves twenty feet off your rod tip. The new X2s saltwater rods are almost limitless in meeting any challenge thrown at you. Not only do they load and cast with a short amount of line, helping you make accurate and quiet presentations, they also excel at the longest shots when the sun is high and you can see the fish coming (and they can see you) the proverbial mile away.

DESIGN AND FEATURES

- Natural finish UV coated
blanks preserve all the out-side power fibers for a high performance durable rod

- Light tips for low swing
weight and quick loading help you make short accurate casts

- High line speed to help you beat the wind and go long

Why ARC Reinforcement?

We use a highly specialized ultralightweight unidirectional carbon prepreg (phew, catch your breath) to reinforce Scott blanks. This helps the cross section of your rod to stay
round in shape even under strain. What that means is your rod is more durable while casting or fighting fish

Unconditional Lifetime Warranty

Every new Scott fly rod and blank is covered by Scott’s Unconditional Lifetime Warranty. Broken rods and blanks will
be repaired or replaced, at Scott’s discretion, at no charge. A discontinued model may be replaced, at Scott’s discretion,
with a similar current model. There will be a $25 return shipping & handling charge on all repairs. Scott rods that are
purchased second-hand, not registered with Scott within 30 days of purchase, or have a serial number lower than 35,000
are not under warranty and will be charged a reasonable fee for repairs plus the $25 return shipping & handling fee.
A damaged rod may not be exchanged for credit.
International repairs will be charged actual freight. Please include a check or credit card number with your repair to
cover return shipping.
We'll complete and return most repairs within 4 weeks of receipt. It takes a little longer to repair a handcrafted Scott
fly rod.We match the new blank section to your old section and hand fit the ferrules to insure that your repaired rod
performs as well as the original. Rods that have been discontinued for over four years may take longer than current stock
models. No slapping a pre-made section on your old rod here, each repair is handcrafted just like a new Scott rod.
Patience has its virtues.
When sending in a rod for repair please return the entire rod, including the broken parts, along with a printed version
of this form (one per rod) completely filled out and payment in U.S. funds to:
