Hendricksons?

Steve Stanley's version of then Andreas Anderson "Rag Dolly" - Video comes out Friday!
Well it sounds like we're going to get some much needed rain over the next couple of days. Forecast is for approx. half to an inch of rain.
Tying with craft fur
Anglers are picking up fish here and there, but reports are still reflecting some pretty slow fishing. Relatively cold water, low flows and bright sun are all working against us. I got some reports of Hendricksons on the upper Lamoille last night from 4pm to dark, and I saw a handful myself in Hyde Park around 6pm. If you find yourself amidst a Hendrickson hatch, swinging a soft hackle PT or hendrickson nymph in the faster water can equal success.
Fairfax Falls should be getting another 300 trophy brown trout (average 18") this weekend, so head on down if you like fishing in a circus.
My guess is we'll be looking at some really good fishing on the heels of this rain system, so make sure you're ready when it really starts going off!
