What?...Blue Skies in the Forecast?

Troutfitters hats are in!  4 styles for just $22/each
Flows on the bigger rivers have definitely come around but, keep in mind, water temps have crept above 70.  If you are a catch-n-release angler and find water temps over 69, find another place to fish like a tributary, lake or pond.  Trout that stack up below tributary confluences in high heat are there to seek thermal refuge and should be left alone as well.  Please carry a stream thermometer and get in the habit of checking water temps!  The health of our fisheries is highly dependent on anglers properly educating themselves and knowing the right times to fish certain water.  I got a report of 71+ degree water on the Lamoille in Johnson last night, but the tribs are in great shape so get out there!
